Ogle Cultural and Community Center at Indiana University Southeast. “A Leahy Family Christmas” will be held at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 13 at the Ogle Center.

Duke Energy creates endowed scholarship honoring Kevin Hammersmith for IU Southeast7th December 2012

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Dec. 7, 2012) – Indiana University Southeast is honored to announce the creation of the Kevin Nelson Hammersmith scholarship in partnership with Duke Energy through the Duke Energy Foundation. The University held a luncheon Monday, Dec. 3, to introduce the scholarship and honor Hammersmith, a former Duke Energy employee and IU Southeast Board of Advisors member.

IU Southeast police searching for new cadet7th December 2012

The Indiana University Police Department is continuing the Cadet/Officer Program at the IU Southeast campus for its second year. The program gives current students the ability to gain law enforcement experience while working at the University Police department.

Athletic Department To Host Canned Food Drive From Nov. 30-Dec. 1529th November 2012

NEW ALBANY, Ind. (Nov. 29, 2012) – The IU Southeast Athletic Department is hosting a canned food drive to benefit the Salvation Army New Albany. The campaign begins at this weekend’s games and lasts through Dec.15. Fans who are attending games from Nov. 30-Dec. 15 are asked to donate canned food items into boxes placed near the entrance to the Activities Building. Each person who donates will receive a $2 discount off their original ticket price

Farris to coach 700th game at IU Southeast Saturday28th November 2012

NEW ALBANY, IN (Nov. 28, 2012) – Robin Farris, IU Southeast women’s basketball head coach, is coaching his 700th game at IU Southeast on Saturday when the Grenadiers host Carlow University at 1 p.m. Farris is in his 24th season at IU Southeast, and his 412 wins ranks ninth in the NAIA among active coaches. He has led the Grenadiers to 18 KIAC regular-season and tournament titles and seven NAIA tournament appearances.

IU Southeast School of Business places among top business schools in nation for eighth straight year27th November 2012

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Nov. 27, 2012) – The IU Southeast School of Business has once again been named one of the best in the country. IU Southeast is named in the 2013 edition of “The Best 296 Business Schools” by the Princeton Review. This is the eighth year in a row that IU Southeast has been included in the publication, which recognizes Master’s in Business Administration programs.
