IU trustees approve new online bachelor’s degree offered jointly by regional campuses10th December 2013

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Dec. 10, 2013) – The Indiana University Board of Trustees has approved the creation of an online Bachelor of Applied Science degree program, the first bachelor’s degree program offered jointly by all five IU-administered regional campuses and one of the first B.A.S. degrees offered in the state.

IU Southeast Alumni Association to give away $25,000 in scholarships for spring semester4th December 2013

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Dec. 4, 2013) – Still looking for assistance in paying for next semester’s classes? The Indiana University Southeast Alumni Association wants to help. The IU Southeast Alumni Association is offering $25,000 in student scholarships to be used for the spring 2014 semester. The alumni association will award individual scholarships in amounts up to $3,000.

Survey shows decrease in cigarette and drug use at IU Southeast22nd November 2013

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Nov. 22, 2013) – A recent substance use survey showed a decrease in cigarette and overall drug use among Indiana University Southeast students over the past three years. Additionally, IU Southeast students are using tobacco, drugs, and alcohol at a far lower rate than their statewide peers, according to the 2013 Indiana College Substance Use Survey.
