IU Southeast hosting walk-in registration for spring 2013 semester

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Dec. 17, 2012) – It’s not too late to attend Indiana University Southeast in spring 2013. And with walk-in registration, enrolling just got easier. Spring 2013 classes begin Jan. 7 and new students can still apply and register before the semester starts. The application deadline is Dec. 31, 2012.

2012 IU Southeast holiday hours

NEW ALBANY,IN, (Dec. 14, 2012) – Indiana University Southeast will be open during winter break, but individual offices will operate on varying hours. Finals for the fall 2012 semester end Saturday, Dec. 15. The IU Southeast campus will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012 and Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013.

IU Board of Trustees now accepting applications for student trustee position

Ogle Cultural and Community Center at Indiana University Southeast. “A Leahy Family Christmas” will be held at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 13 at the Ogle Center.

Duke Energy creates endowed scholarship honoring Kevin Hammersmith for IU Southeast

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Dec. 7, 2012) – Indiana University Southeast is honored to announce the creation of the Kevin Nelson Hammersmith scholarship in partnership with Duke Energy through the Duke Energy Foundation. The University held a luncheon Monday, Dec. 3, to introduce the scholarship and honor Hammersmith, a former Duke Energy employee and IU Southeast Board of Advisors member.

IU Southeast police searching for new cadet

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Dec. 7, 2012) – Indiana University Southeast is looking for a good cadet. The Indiana University Police Department is continuing the Cadet/Officer Program at the IU Southeast campus for its second year. The program gives current students the ability to gain law enforcement experience while working at the University Police department.

IU Southeast students explore new art forms at Zhenya art exhibition

NEW ALBANY, IN (Dec. 6, 2012) – Eight Indiana University fine arts students are asking the public to join them on an exploration of art at the 2012 IU Southeast B.F.A. Senior Seminar art exhibition. “Zhenya: The Exhibition” will showcase the artists as discoverers, wanderers, and dreamers who drew inspiration from a young Russian explorer.
