2012 IU Southeast holiday hours14th December 2012

NEW ALBANY,IN, (Dec. 14, 2012) – Indiana University Southeast will be open during winter break, but individual offices will operate on varying hours. Finals for the fall 2012 semester end Saturday, Dec. 15. The IU Southeast campus will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012 and Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013.


IU Board of Trustees now accepting applications for student trustee position11th December 2012

BLOOMINGTON, IN (DEc. 11, 2012) – The Trustees of Indiana University are now accepting applications for the board’s student trustee position. Current member Cora J. Griffin will complete her two-year term in 2013, and, along with the other eight members of the board, she encourages students at IU campuses throughout the state to pursue this potential opportunity of a lifetime.

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Dec. 10, 2012) – The holiday season is officially in full swing, and there’s no better way to celebrate than with friends, family and music. You can find all of that when “A Leahy Family Christmas” comes to the Paul W. Ogle Cultural and Community Center at Indiana University Southeast. “A Leahy Family Christmas” will be held at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 13 at the Ogle Center.

Duke Energy creates endowed scholarship honoring Kevin Hammersmith for IU Southeast7th December 2012

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Dec. 7, 2012) – Indiana University Southeast is honored to announce the creation of the Kevin Nelson Hammersmith scholarship in partnership with Duke Energy through the Duke Energy Foundation. The University held a luncheon Monday, Dec. 3, to introduce the scholarship and honor Hammersmith, a former Duke Energy employee and IU Southeast Board of Advisors member.

IU Southeast police searching for new cadet7th December 2012

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Dec. 7, 2012) – Indiana University Southeast is looking for a good cadet. The Indiana University Police Department is continuing the Cadet/Officer Program at the IU Southeast campus for its second year. The program gives current students the ability to gain law enforcement experience while working at the University Police department.
