Grenadier Gold is an automatic scholarship that rewards academic performance based on high school GPA. Admitted first-year students are automatically considered for the Grenadier Gold Scholarship for the fall or spring semester immediately following high school completion. There is no scholarship application required.
A Grenadier Gold automatic scholarship is renewable for up to 4 years (8 consecutive fall/spring semesters) for awardees who are enrolled full time, complete 30 credit hours each academic year, maintain a 3.0 minimum grade point average, and maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress. Scholarship recipients who graduate in fewer than 8 semesters may apply the remainder of their Grenadier Gold scholarship to a graduate degree program at IU Southeast.
