Kirk Randolph and Melissa Weissinger joined IU Southeast on Monday, May 16, as development officers within the Office of Development. Each will be responsible for working with donors on major gifts and annual gifts to the campus. Duties will be split between the various schools and departments at IU Southeast.

Barcott, a Marine who served in Iraq, is also the co-founder of Carolina For Kibera (CFK) with Tabitha Atieno Festo and Salim Mohamed and the author of the memoir It Happened on the Way to War: A Marine’s Path to Peace. He will speak at 3 p.m., Wednesday, April 27, in the IU Southeast Library.
FULL STORYNEW ALBANY, IN (April 22, 2011) – A scientist who helped polar bears become part of the endangered species list will tell the story of “Polar Bears Today” at Indiana University Southeast. Polar bear biologist Steven Amstrup will share his expertise on the arctic animal at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 27, in the Hoosier Room at IU Southeast.

The Bier Prost will be held at 6 p.m., Friday, April 29, at Horseshoe Casino Indiana.
