Students eligible to participate in the May 2012 ceremony (including those listed here) were comprised of students who earned a degree in December 2011 and those who were expected to earn degrees in May and August 2012.
FULL STORYNEW ALBANY, IN, (May 25, 2012) – Sixteen Indiana University Southeast students and two professors will travel to Cuba this summer as part of a study abroad opportunity. The three-week trip is the capstone of the Cuba in Transition course taught by IU Southeast Professor of Political Science Cliff Staten. The trip begins Friday, June 1.

FULL STORYNEW ALBANY, IN, (April 3, 2012) – Beginning July 1, Indiana University Southeast will phase out Noncredit Programs. The department of Noncredit Programs is part of IU Southeast’s Continuing Studies division and has allowed the University to serve the community by offering not-for-credit business and industry training, general interest programs, and children’s classes. The decision to end Noncredit Programs is a result of Indiana University’s closure of the School of Continuing Studies and is due to the financial constraints confronting higher education in the state. The closure will not affect the bachelor’s degree in general studies that is currently housed in Continuing Studies.
