IU Southeast to host Night of the Future Stars, free admission for students

NEW ALBANY, Ind. — The Kentucky Derby Festival’s two-day basketball event tips off Friday, April 14, at 7 p.m. in the Indiana University Southeast Activities Building.

For the first time, IU Southeast is hosting the Horseshoe Foundation Night of the Future Stars, with top college basketball recruits showcasing their skills in Slam Dunk, 2-on-2 and 3-Point Shooting competitions.

Admission is free for IU Southeast students with a student ID. Additional ticket information can be found on KDF’s Basketball Classic website.

Participants in the Night of the Future Stars include IU signee Justin Smith and several Indiana and Kentucky high school standouts.
