1st February 2013

NEW ALBANY, IN (Feb. 1, 2013) – Looking for an expert to speak to your community group? Find one at IU Southeast.

Indiana University Southeast is announcing the launch of the University’s Speakers Bureau, a program designed to connect faculty and staff experts with the local community. The listing and bios of available speakers can be found at www.ius.edu/speakers.

The IU Southeast Speakers Bureau provides an online forum for the community to locate knowledgeable speakers for presentations, lectures, discussions, workshops, and debates. It can also serve as a starting resource for media searching for expert sources.

The Bureau is a free service; however any expenses incurred by the speaker, such as meals, parking fees, and travel expenses, should be reimbursed by the organization hosting the speakers.
