NEW ALBANY, IN, (Oct. 30, 2012) – Bluegrass sensation The Claire Lynch Band is bringing its acoustic sound to Southern Indiana.

The Claire Lynch Band is playing at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 2, at the Paul W. Ogle Cultural and Community Center at IU Southeast.

According to her bio, Lynch has been long recognized and praised as a creative force in acoustic music. She is a pioneer who continually pushes the boundaries of the bluegrass genre. Her performance Friday is part of the Ogle Center’s Nashville Nights Series that highlights country music artists.
