Use the IU Southeast UCard to buy your books

3rd August 2012

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Aug. 3, 2012) – Indiana University Southeast is offering another option to pay for textbooks for the fall 2012 semester.

For two weeks in August, students can use their UCard to purchase books and supplies from the campus bookstore. The store will allow students to charge books to their bursar account with a $600 limit.

The bookstore charges will be posted to your Bursar account and included on the next monthly student account billing statement along with other tuition and fee charges.

To qualify, you must be a currently enrolled IU Southeast student; have no holds on your account; and have a valid UCard. Your account will be automatically activated the day after you register for classes. If you have a brand new or replacement UCard, you must wait one day before charging your books.

The credit plan for books and supplies only is available from Aug. 13-29. Any other time you must pre-deposit funds onto your UCard before making a purchase.

For more information on charging your books and supplies, please visit ius.edu/ucard.
