Move-in Day scheduled at IU Southeast

20th August 2012

NEW ALBANY, IN (Aug. 20, 2010) – Empty bedrooms across Indiana University Southeast are about to be filled again with hundreds of students.

IU Southeast students living on campus will move in on Thursday, Aug. 23. Fall 2012 classes begin Monday, Aug. 27.

Students can check in to their lodges from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday. Vendors will be on hand to help with move-in and provide giveaways for students, and volunteer groups from the campus and the community will again assist with move-in.

IU Southeast has five on-campus lodges that house about 400 students. Each lodge features apartment-style housing for students with a Great Room, computer lab, laundry and vending services, and study areas.

Each apartment includes a full kitchen, bathroom, and living room. There are one-, two-, and four-bedroom layouts available. Apartments are fully furnished and come with basic cable and wireless internet.

There are still rooms available for the fall 2012 semester. Rates vary depending on the room plan. Please visit ius.edu/housing for more information on how to apply.
