As a member of our Board of Advisors for six years, Hammersmith was an invaluable part of our University. He served on multiple committees during his time on the Board and showed unwavering support of education and the mission of IU Southeast.

“Kevin’s love for IU Southeast and its students was continuously apparent in his attendance at and support for a wide range of campus activities, as well as his advocacy for the University and its people,” said IU Southeast Chancellor Sandra Patterson-Randles. “We will truly miss Kevin’s smiling face, upbeat attitude, community commitment, and solid contributions to Southern Indiana’s progress.”
