IU Southeast School of Business to host annual golf scramble

NEW ALBANY, IN (Sept. 19, 2011) – The Indiana University Southeast School of Business is hosting its annual golf scramble to support student scholarships and School of Business student organizations and programming.

The 2011 IU Southeast School of Business Golf Scramble will be held Sept. 30 at Valley View Golf Club in Floyd Knobs, Ind. Registration begins at 7 a.m. with a continental breakfast. The scramble begins at 8 a.m. on a shotgun start.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams, the two people with the longest drive, the two people with the longest putt, and the two people closest to the pin. There will also be several prize drawings at the end of play.

The cost is $400 per four-player team or $100 per person. The cost includes greens fees, golf cart, breakfast, and lunch. All proceeds will benefit the IU Southeast School of Business Scholarship program and operating funds for student associations and program enhancement.
