“A Leahy Family Christmas” brings holiday cheer to Ogle Center

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Dec. 10, 2012) – The holiday season is officially in full swing, and there’s no better way to celebrate than with friends, family and music. You can find all of that when “A Leahy Family Christmas” comes to the Paul W. Ogle Cultural and Community Center at Indiana University Southeast. “A Leahy Family Christmas” will be held at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 13 at the Ogle Center.

The Claire Lynch Band to take the Ogle Center stage at IU Southeast

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Oct. 30, 2012) – Bluegrass sensation The Claire Lynch Band is bringing its acoustic sound to Southern Indiana. The Claire Lynch Band is playing at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 2, at the Paul W. Ogle Cultural and Community Center at IU Southeast.

Ogle Center features songwriter legends and country superstars for 16th season

NEW ALBANY, IN (Oct. 3, 2012) – Singer/songwriter legends Janis Ian and Karla Bonoff and country superstars Pam Tillis and Bobby Bare are just a few of the stars who will grace the stage at the Paul W. Ogle Cultural and Community Center at Indiana University Southeast this season. The 2012-13 season brings back the Different Drummer and Nashville Nights series with a variety of singers from a variety of genres. The first show of the season is country artist Katie Armiger on Oct. 13, 2012.

IU Southeast to present “remarkable” portrayal of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

NEW ALBANY, IN (Jan. 20, 2011) –, Indiana University Southeast will commemorate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with a dramatic presentation of “Reflections: the Life and Times of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.” by actor Jim Lucas. The show will premiere at 7:30 p.m., Jan. 26, at the Paul W. Ogle Cultural and Community Center
