IU Southeast M.B.A. program ranked 7th in Midwest

NEW ALBANY, IN, (Nov. 7, 2013) – The IU Southeast School of Business has been named in the Top 10 for part-time M.B.A. programs by BusinessWeek magazine.

The M.B.A. program at IU Southeast comes in at No. 7 in the Midwest, and No. 42 in the nation. A full list of top-ranking schools can be found online at www.businessweek.com.

The BusinessWeek rankings are based primarily on three measures – the student survey rank, academic quality rank, and post-M.B.A. outcomes rank.

IU Southeast was rated 11th in the nation in the student survey rank, 47th in the nation in academic quality, and 67th in post-M.B.A. outcomes. The program also received the highest possible score of “A+” for teaching quality and caliber of classmates, and an “A” for curriculum.

The IU Southeast part-time M.B.A. program jumped 31 spots this year compared to 2012 when it ranked 73rd nationally.

The School of Business also was recently named one of the 2014 “Best Business Schools” by the Princeton Review. This is the ninth year in a row that the School of Business has been on the list.
