NEW ALBANY, IN, (March 16, 2013) – Raise your glass for the Paul W. Ogle Center’s Bier Prost 2013.

The Ogle Center at Indiana University Southeast will host its annual Bier Prost at 6 p.m., Thursday, March 21. The event will be held at Horseshoe Southern Indiana, and include beer and wine, international food, and live entertainment.

The event will include 19 varieties of beer, all brewed locally by the New Albanian Brewing Company. The band Der Rheingold will perform German-themed music, and there will be a silent auction and live auction at the festivities.

This is the Ogle’s only formal fundraiser of the year, said Kelly Scott, Ogle Center Box Office Manager.

“This is a really big part of our year,” Scott said. “We like to raise awareness, and funds, and this event does both.”

The Ogle Center would like to thank its presenting sponsors, Horseshoe Southern Indiana and the Ogle Foundation, and the platinum sponsors, Horseshoe Foundation of Floyd County, Harrison County Community Foundation, and New Albanian Brewing Company.
