IU Southeast students and faculty share reactions from trip to Cuba

Watkins named president of IU Southeast Alumni Association

NEW ALBANY, IN, (July 17, 2012) – Indiana University Southeast alumnus John Watkins has been named the new president of the IU Southeast Alumni Association (IUSAA) for 2012-13. Watkins, who will lead the IUSAA Board of Directors, graduated from IU Southeast in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education. IU Southeast Alumni Association offers $10,000 in student scholarships

NEW ALBANY, IN, (July 3, 2012) – The alumni of Indiana University Southeast are “passing it forward” with the introduction of six new scholarships for IU Southeast students. The IU Southeast Alumni Association will award a $1,000 scholarship to one student in each of the University’s six schools or divisions. In addition, the Association will once again provide four student athletes with a $1,000 scholarship – an annual gift awarded by the Association.
